The Axer 650HD tree shear is our solution for over 12 ton excavators.

The Axer 650HD's reinforced frame, pins and grapples, along with a powerful cylinder, provide superior cutting and durability for bigger excavators and for working with bigger trees.

The Axer 650HD is suited for cutting trees with almost 400mm diameter. It can be installed in over 30 ton excavators, thanks to it's sturdy construction. We use 20mm hardened cutting blade to maximize cutting efficiency, wearing durability and bending stiffness. We have designed and manufactured the cutting cylinders ourself to allow optimal geometries for cutting to have best power available for big trees.

The Axer 650HD tree shear is available in 2 models: K model with bolted cutting blade and patented L model with a retractable cutting blade, which allows loading, weeding and normal grapple use for the same machine. Both tree shear models have a hardened cutting blade, which can be detached and replaced.

The Axer 650HD tree shear is a robust and powerful solution, and is suited for middleweight excavators up to over 30 ton machines. Axer 650HD is manufactured using only the finest materials.
